KUALA LUMPUR: While enjoying her holiday at a ski resort in Japan, singer Ning Baizura took a fall while skiing yesterday.
According to an Instagram post she shared earlier this morning, the 43-year-old artiste wrote: “Day 5 Iwatake fun and challenging.. this all taken b4 my twisted fall... my knee is better it needs TLC rest, cuz it’s swollen today.
She added: “I am on painkillers and doing a massage on my knee later.. so I am being optimistic so esok can speedy gonzales on slopes again... Insyaallah.”
The songstress known for a stream of hit songs such as Curiga, Kau Dan Aku and Awan Yang Terpilu is currently vacationing at the Hakuba Iwatake Ski area, located at Hakuba in the Nagano Prefecture, which was the main event venue to the 1998 Olympic Winter Games.
In an earlier posting, Ning said that her husband Omar Dalton, 45, took the family there to celebrate the couple’s 11th anniversary together.
Their son Ryan Sky Dalton, who recently turned six is also with them in the Land Of The Rising Sun.
