KUALA LUMPUR: With the heated divorce scandal between Korean stars Ahn Jae Hyun and Ku Hye Sun still fresh in the public consciousness, more revelations have cropped up.
According to Koreaboo, Channel A’s Rumour Has It recently talked about the celebrity couple’s controversy in an episode.
In an interview with a producer for the reality show Newlywed Diary in which the couple had appeared in, it was revealed that the two were not exactly a perfect match behind the scenes.
Initially, the show featured the loving couple’s marriage life as they spent time together at a vacation home which started filming in February 2017 after they had tied the knot in May 2016.
Although everything seemed romantic and sweet in front of the cameras, apparently the couple had already been facing turbulent times since the show began filming.
Apparently, a producer revealed that Ahn and Gu would frequently go into a room that had no camera filming and fight for hours.
It was also said that there was one time when the two were holed up in a room due to a heated argument that lasted for six straight hours.
The producer explained that the particular room without cameras was intended to be a changing room and a convenience space which the couple used regularly to vent their frustrations at each other.
At the time, people would speculate that it was just the two trying to learn to match their conflicting lifestyles since they were newlyweds, although the cast had also noted that Ahn was considering a divorce while Ku seemed to be against it.
