#Showbiz: Bella receives support online after husband Aliff Aziz's khalwat arrest

KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Bella Astillah, 29, who is the wife of Aliff Aziz, has received prayers and words of encouragement from industry colleagues and followers on social media following her husband's 'khalwat' (close proximity) episode on Friday.

Many are expressing their support for her and believe that her future life will bring wisdom and greater happiness.

"Sending hugs to you, dear Bella. Allah loves you very much," commented Azza from the popular 90s girl band, Elite.

"Stop hurting yourself and move forward. Someone is hiding your beauty and (you are left with) a great opportunity," said one netizen.

Among other celebrity friends who left comments encouraging her to stay strong amidst the latest ordeal were Elly Mazlein, Datin Paduka Eina Azman, Catriona Ross, Chacha Maembong, Yazmin Aziz, and many more.

Yesterday, the entertainment industry was rocked by the arrest of her husband, singer Aliff Aziz, and actress Ruhainies after they were caught in close proximity by the Federal Territories Islamic Religious Department.

Her brother, Didi Astillah, confirmed the arrests. However, Bella declined to make any statements regarding the arrest of her husband.

Aliff and Ruhainies also did not appear at the shooting location of the drama series "Terjerat" which was supposed to take place at a location in Denai Alam, Selangor, at 8am yesterday.

According to a source from Harian Metro, the production team only became aware of their absence after the celebrity couple failed to show up at the scheduled time.
