Chery Malaysia launches official vehicle owners club

CHERY ramps up on its local customer engagement efforts with the launch of its Malaysia branch owners club.

The official Chery owners club in Malaysia dubbed 'With Chery With Love' (WCWL) is an initiative driven by the global vision of Chery International.

WCWL is said to focus on bringing the brand closer to its customers, offering improved accessibility, personalization, enhanced customer experiences, community building, promoting trust, and fostering collaboration.

"Dedicated to making Chery more accessible to all our valued customers while offering a seamless experience, the initiative was founded on the principle of connecting with our customers on a deeper level, ensuring that their voices, needs, and desires are at the forefront of everything we do.

"As a brand we aim to create a strong Chery community globally and locally where like-minded car owners can connect, share their experiences, and support one another.

"The very essence of WCWL is embedded in its name. Designed to cater to the unique needs and preferences of each customer and providing tailored experiences that align with their lifestyles its fundamental values includes promoting trust-building and encouraging feedback and collaboration.

"This is more than just a tagline, rather our commitment to our car owners whom we want as part of the Chery family," said public relations, branding and marketing senior manager Celeste Lim.

The launch event, which was attended by former world no.1 badminton player Datuk Wira Dr. Lee Chong Wei as representative of the owners club, coincided with the 2023 Chery International Ecology User Summit which took place at the brand's headquarters in Wuhu, China.

The summit saw Chery signed agreements with the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (Unicef) and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) to provide aids in food, clean water, health, and education for children in impoverished countries and regions.

Simultaneously, the initiative will see them will offer nature-based solutions for the protection of global forests, oceans, wetlands, and wildlife - embodying the brand's public welfare initiative and to fulfill their responsibility as well as commitment to global green sustainable development.
