PKR will continue its inclusiveness policy: Azmin

SHAH ALAM: PKR vice president Mohamed Azmin Ali said the party will continue with its policy of inclusiveness among the opposition parties so that the pact will continue to remain strong in facing the next general election.

The Selangor Menteri Besar said PKR wants to maintain the harmony among the various opposition parties and enhance their existing cooperation to bring changes to the people and the country.

"You see, it is not easy to handle or manage a coalition, but if there were any changes of opinion or viewpoint then the best way is hold discussion with the parties top leaders and seek ways to resolve issues.

"This is to ensure that we stay true to our commitment and agenda for the people and the country as well," he said this after handing over 30 cattle’s to mosques, surau, and non-governmental organisations, in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Haji, at the Sultan Idris Shah building, today.

He said it was important for parties to continue having talks or meetings and seek solution if they want to remain a strong pact.

On why he didn't attend the launch of Parti Amanah Negara, Azmin said he was engaged with other duties and had informed the new aprty leaders of his absence.

"We have a series of engagement with the (Amanah) leaders in the last few months because we want to ensure that we come to an understanding. So, I do not see this as an issue," he said.

Meanwhile, he said the state had replaced more than 4,000 acres of Malay reserves land since last year.

In fact, he said the state had restored more than what it is needed.

"This is to ensure the replacing of the lands is equivalent with its value," he said.
