KUALA LUMPUR: Datasonic Group Bhd has incorporated a subsidiary, Datasonic Innovation Sdn Bhd, to provide biometric solutions.
The company was set up with an authorised and paid-up share capital of RM400,000 and RM100 respectively, said Datasonic Group in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today.
