PETALING JAYA: MMC Gamuda KVMRT (PDP) Sdn Bhd is carrying out traffic management at several of its MRT construction sites.
From today till Sept 11, from midnight till 6am, motorists heading for Persiaran Surian from Kota Damansara, towards the LDP Highway, can turn left either at Persiaran Mahogani or Jalan PJU5/7 towards Jalan PJU 5/19. From there, make a right turn to Jalan PJU 5/1 to get back onto Persiaran Surian.
Motorists from Persiaran Mahogani turning into Persiaran Surian (Kota Damansara-bound) will not be affected.
In Cheras, the U-turn at Batu 12 (Bukit Dukung), Jalan Cheras-Kajang, will be closed tomorrow, from 11pm to 6am.
Motorists from Kuala Lumpur who wish to make a U-turn back to Kuala Lumpur or are heading towards Bukit Dukung service and rest area will be diverted to make a U-turn at the roundabout near Taman Koperasi Cuepacs.
Jalan Damansara will also be closed (from Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad junction to IWK (KL/SPRINT highway-bound) from Saturday to Aug 19, from 11pm to 6pm.
Motorists from Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad going to Jalan Damansara will have to turn right at the traffic light junction towards the LDP highway (SS2-bound) where they can connect to the SPRINT highway at the Damansara Utama Interchange near the police station.
Those from Kepong, heading towards Jalan Damansara can go to the TTDI Interchange Underpass towards SS2 and access the SPRINT highway at the Damansara Utama Interchange.
There will be a temporary night lane closure from Friday to Aug 19, from 11pm to 5am, at the sliproad from Lebuh Bandar Utama in front of 1Utama Shopping Centre (new wing) to the LDP highway (Kepong-bound); middle lane closure at the LDP highway (Kepong-bound, before Bandar Utama Interchange); two-lane closure in Jalan Burhanuddin Helmi (before the Bandar Utama Interchange) and U-turn closure returning to Kepong at Bandar Utama interchange (please refer map).
