Go-Go Crazy over Japanese specials

KUALA LUMPUR: SAVOUR a tantalising Japanese buffet at the Go-Go Crazy promotion featuring both traditional and fusion delicacies at Kofuku Japanese Restaurant, Seri Pacific Hotel.

Diners can indulge in the extravagant selection of fresh sashimi, sushi rolls, hot and cold noodles, and much more.

Start off with their signature appetisers such as the marinated baby octopus (chukaidako), marinated seaweed (chuka wakame), marinated scallop lips (chuka hotatei) and marinated fried anchovy (tazukuri).

For your choice of garden greens, Kofuku offers plenty of great-tasting options of light salad dressing such as the wasabi mayonnaise, roasted sesame, onion, and Thousand Island.

Be sure to enjoy the wide range of delicious cooked-to-order teppanyaki, tempura and grilled items at the live stations.

Diners can ask for a range of seafood and vegetable choices like prawn, scallop, squid, fish saba, mussel, oyster, oyster mushroom, bok choy, bean sprout, round cabbage and enoki along with chicken and beef offered at the teppanyaki tables.

Among the hot dishes that are also available include the Japanese favourite steamed egg custard (chawanmushi), octopus balls (takoyaki), chicken teriyaki and the grilled salted salmon.

Kofuku Japanese chef Steven Tan said diners would be dazzled over the wide spread of dishes available.

“Apart from offering pristine Japanese delicacies, we also provide appetising alternatives of Chinese, Malay and Western cuisine specially prepared just for the promotion.

“Private rooms are also available for guests to book for a small group gathering,” he said.

In addition, Kofuku is offering diners a buy-two-get-one free buffet throughout the promotion period.

Diners can also get a complimentary one-night stay at Seri Pacific Hotel when they spend RM400 and above in a single receipt.

The Go-Go Crazy buffet ends on Sept 27 and is priced at RM95++ nett per person.
