GEORGE TOWN: Traffic on the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah bridge here will be halted for a minute tomorrow to mourn the loss of MH17.
Bridge operator Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd (JKSB) said traffic from Batu Kawan will be halted for a minute between 10:45am and 11:15am.
JKSB assistant public relations and communications manager Azizi Azizan said this was to observe the National Mourning Day.
"We would like to honour the lives lost on the downed Malaysia Airlines MH17 flight," he said in call to the New Straits Times earlier.
The Penang Bridge would also observe the same move tomorrow at the same time.
