MAHB: Lower passenger movements

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) posted 6.9 million passenger movements in August for all its airports — down 5.2 per cent from a higher base a year ago. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport’s China sector continued to see a double-digit fall of about 20 per cent. MAHB said the international and domestic movements recorded a decline of 3.8 per cent and 6.4 per cent, respectively.
