Fatehah Mustapa wins Asian Games silver in keirin

INCHEON: Cyclist Fatehah Mustapa added to Malaysia's Asian Games tally by winning a silver medal in the women's keirin at the Incheon International Velodrome today.

Fatehah, 25, crossed the finish line just seven-tenths of a second behind the winner Lee Wai Sze of Hong Kong to become the first Malaysian female cycling medalist in Asian Games history.

China's Zhong Tianshi claimed bronze in the women's keirin which is being held for the first time.

Fatehah will get a chance to claim another medal when she competes in the individual sprint on Tuesday.

On Saturday, wushu exponent Tai Cheau Xuen won gold for Malaysia.
