KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) is considering the second right of refusal offer by TAV Havalimanları Holding AS to take up Limak and Limak Yatirim’s stakes in Turkey’s airports. It is now considering the second offer while more details will be announced soon, MAHB said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia. Following the lapse of the first right of refusal offer on October 1, MAHB had yesterday received a notice and offer of the right of first refusal in relation to TAV’s offer.
