Weekend watch: Legend of King Arthur

THE legend of King Arthur is brought back to the screen once again with Excalibur, a story of the king and the knights of the Round Table.

It is directed, produced and co-written by John Boorman. In it, the legendary king of sub-Roman Britain and the father of King Arthur, Uthur Pendragon, is given the mystical sword Excalibur by the wizard Merlin.
