CAMERON HIGHLANDS: The road to Cameron Highlands via Tapah has been closed to all vehicles since 9.25pm last night.
This was to enable clearing up works following several minor landslides along the stretch.
As such, Cameron Highlands police chief Deputy Superintendent Wan Mohd Zahari Wan Busu advised all motorists to use the alternative Simpang Pulai - Cameron Highlands route.
"Works to repair the road structure due to the landslides are underway.
"For motorists from the East Coast and Kuala Lumpur, they can use the Sungai Koyan and Lojing routes respectively," he said.
He said the re-opening of the affected stretch would be announced later.
