Kuala Terengganu: A 37-year-old youth died in his sleep at the SK Kompleks Gong Badak relief centre early this morning.
Ahmad Fadli Ismail's death was noticed by his mother around 5.10am today.
Both the victim abd his mother were at the relief centre for the past five days
Their house in Taman Desa Tanjung Damai, was submerged with between 0.5 and 1 metre deep of waters.
District police chief assistant commissioner Idris Abdul Rafar said the victim's body was sent to the Sultanah Nur Zahirah ( HSNZ) for post mortem
He said the case was classified as sudden death.
