KUALA LUMPUR: Comintel Corp Bhd’s unit, Comintel Sdn Bhd, is selling a freehold land with a five-storey office building in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, to Amanahraya Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) for RM30 million. The deal includes the subsequent leaseback by Comintel of the entire property, it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia. Comintel is a system integrator providing information technology and communication solutions for all type of applications.
