GEORGE TOWN: GET your Christmas spirit going at G Hotel’’s chic Christmas buffet spread.

Serving a variety of local and international selections of Christmas specialities, the buffet highlights tempting dishes such as turkey picatta Milanese and lamb ossobuco with creamy polenta shiitake mushrooms.

Fresh catch from the sea including salmon, king prawns and slipper lobsters are available at the barbecue grill counter catering to seafood lovers.

One must not miss the season’’s favourite, which is roasted turkey with apple cranberry sauce and giblet gravy with traditional stuffing.

Marinated with spices and herbs, the turkey is juicy and fragrant when complemented with apple and cranberry chunks.

End the meal with award-winning pastry chef Tan Kwee Lian’’s delightful Christmas desserts such as Christollen, Christmas Yule log and chocolate cream roll cake.

There are Christmas goodies available for takeaway, too.

Surprise your loved ones with their cute gingerbread house and colourful macaroons.

The Christmas Eve buffet dinner is priced at RM148++ per adult and RM68 per child (7 to 12 years old) from 6.30pm to 11pm.

Meanwhile, ‘Christmas Day Sparkling Brunch’ buffet is available at RM138++ per adult and RM68 per child from noon to 3pm.

The buffet spread will be available at the hotel’’s G Café with a free flow of soft drinks and juices.
