GEORGE TOWN: A teenager cheated death after he car 'lit up' while he was driving along a road in Bayan Baru today.
In the 8.40am incident, the 19-year-old was reported to have been on his way to work.
Fire and Rescue Department officials say that they responded five minutes later and had managed to put out the fire.
The teen sustained light injuries and was taken to a private hospital nearby.
