GEORGE TOWN: A factory worker was killed after she crashed her motorcycle into a divider near the Batu Maung end of the Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu here today.
In the 7.20 am incident, Poh Siew Tin, 21, was travelling from her home in Jelutong to the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone.
Southwest district police chief Superintendent Lai Fah Hin said checks on the accident site showed skid marks, indicating that she might have lost control of her machine.
"Her body was taken to the Balik Pulau Hospital for a post mortem," he said.
