Naza expects higher sales from Harley-Davidson Street 750

KUALA LUMPUR: NAZA Prestige Bikes Sdn Bhd expects a 20 per cent increase in sales from the Harley-Davidson Street 750 model this year from 2014.

NAZA World Two-Wheel Division associate vice-president Juan Chow Wee said the company expects to sell 150 units of the customisable Street 750, which appealed to young urban riders, this year.

The Street 750 is expected to contribute 25 per cent to Harley-Davidson's overall product mix for this year.

"Stripped down to its minimal essence, the all-new Harley Davidson Street 750 is built for young urban riders who want a bike to ride daily at every opportunity, not just a sculpture to park up and polish.

"It is also the latest model to join Harley-Davidson Dark Custom lineup, which helped make Harley-Davidson the top selling brand among young adults across the US for the past six years," he told a press conference after the launch of the model here today.

The Harley-Davidson Street 750 is priced at RM62,888 (including Goods and Services Tax) with a two-year factory warranty or 80,000km, whichever comes first.

It is available in three colours: vivid black, black denim (blue), and fire red.

NAZA Prestige Bikes is the sole and official importer of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, apparel and accessories. -- Bernama
