KUALA LUMPUR: PJBumi Bhd’s unit, PJBumi Construction Sdn Bhd, has executed three shipbuilding contracts, worth RM44.46 million, from Fast Boat Industries Sdn Bhd.
The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and the future earnings of PJBumi Group, it said in a filing to Bursa today.
The shipbuilding period is 14 months from the effective date of the respective contracts, it added.
