Sabah Quake: No aftershocks recorded, says MET dept

KOTA KINABALU: No more aftershocks recorded in Sabah today by the Malaysian Meteorological Department.

The last incident occurred 9.31pm yesterday, 11km west off Ranau measuring at 2.5 Richter scale.

A total of sixteen weak quakes were recorded yesterday.

On Friday morning, the strongest earthquake experienced in Malaysia at 5.9 Richter scale struck near Ranau, where tremors were felt throughout west coast of Sabah. Ends.
