Police seeking public's help to locate Muhammad Riduan Abdullah

IPOH: Police are seeking the assistance of the public to help locate Muslim convert Muhammad Riduan Abdullah, who has disobeyed a court order to return his daughter to his ex-wife, M. Indira Gandhi.

District police chief Assistant Commissioner Sum Chang Keong said police had also placed Riduan, formerly K. Patmanathan, 47, on the wanted list in their effort to ascertain his whereabouts.

Sum said those with information should contact investigating officer Assistant Superintendent Kamariah Jamaludin at 05-2451628 or 016-5249091 or Sergeant Major Helen Parera at 013-5189925 or the nearest police station.

Riduan's last known address was No 10, Persiaran Teguh 2, Off Jalan Pasir Puteh here.

On Friday, the Federal Court had ordered the Inspector-General of Police to execute a warrant of arrest against Riduan for disobeying the court order.
