PETALING JAYA: Still riding high on her latest album "Chapters" cinching the eighth spot on the R&B category of the US Billboard chart, Yunalis Zara'ai a.k.a. Yuna, said she is currently working on a collaboration with another international artiste.
Speaking to the Press at an event called "Hang Out with Yuna" via a Skype session yesterday, she however refused to disclose who the singer in question was.
"Just like how I was working with Usher early last year, nobody knew about it then. I want to keep it that way too. I don't want to jinx it," said the artiste, who was doing the session from New York City.
She also teasingly revealed that prior to working on "Chapters", she had also been working on a Malay song with a fellow singer, whom she is also keeping mum.
"That will be a major surprise for fans back home for Hari Raya.
"Just keep on the look out for the release of this single," said the artiste, who is excited to return home for Hari Raya.
During the Skype session, Yuna was not informed whether she would be performing "The Fire", the Rio 2016 Olympics promotional campaign number at the sports event this summer in Brazil.
The Skype session was organised by Universal Music Malaysia for fans who took part in various contests held online.
About 70 Yuna's fans turned up at the event.
