[BREAKING] MACC officers seen entering Guan Eng's Komtar office

GEORGE TOWN: Several men, believed to be Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers, were spotted entering Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng's office at level 28 Komtar a while ago.

There was heavy police presence at the entrance to the state's administrative building.

Lim is currently chairing the state executive council meeting.

Lim is being investigated over allegations of corruption for the purchase of his RM2.8 million house.

His house purchase was also linked to the state's sale of state land in Taman Manggis to Kuala Lumpur International Dental Centre (KLIDC).

Lim's lawyer RSN Rayer arrived at his office in Komtar at 5.40pm.

Lim's sister Lim Hui Ying meanwhile, arrived at his office in Komtar at 5.45pm
