KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia and AirAsia X will reschedule all flights departing from Kuala Lumpur from Sept 26 to 29 due to closure of airspace for aerial survey.
In a statement today, the airline said all flights departing Kuala Lumpur via Klia2 from Sept 26 to 29 between 11am – 11.59am and 2pm – 2.59pm (GMT +8) will be rescheduled for earlier or later departures to accommodate the closure of airspace.
“All affected passengers have been notified via email and SMS and they are encouraged to check their registered emails and mobile numbers for rescheduling notifications.
“Passengers are advised to visit airasia.com to check their flight departure before travelling and to check-in via web and mobile phone and have their boarding passes printed before arriving at Klia2 for a smoother travelling experience and earn 100 BIG Points at the same time,” it said.
Web and mobile check-in services are available 14 days and up to one hour prior to departure for all AirAsia flights and up to four hours prior to departure for all AirAsia X flights.
