Usher swoons crowd at F1 after-race concert

SEPANG: Grammy award-winning American singer-songwriter Usher closed the F1 Petronas Grand Prix 2016 with an upbeat performance during the event's after-race concert last night, dazzling the audience with an array of hits and sleek dance moves.

The concert, which took place at the Sepang International Circuit, drew a large crowd who were thrilled when the singer appeared on stage.

"How are you all feeling? You're looking good tonight," greeted the singer to the screaming crowd.

Usher, who is also a former coach for reality show The Voice Season 4 and 6, kicked off his performance on a high note with his hit song OMG, prompting the audience to groove along.

He then continued to swoon the crowd with tracks like Good Kisser and You Make Me Wanna.

Before singing his hit song with Yuna titled Crush, he said: "I hope you don't mind me singing something you might be familiar with."

Fans were hyped up when the sultry beats to the song filled the air.

There were a few nostalgic moments for fans when Usher sang his older hits like You Got It Bad, Burn and My Boo (a song he collaborated with Alicia Keys in 2009).

Dressed in an all-black outfit, Usher was clearly feeling the heat performing on stage.

"I dont know about you but I'm enjoying every drip of sweat that's coming out of me right now!" he said.

The singer who last performed here in 2010 for his 'Usher Live in Kuala Lumpur' concert at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, expressed his appreciation towards his Malaysian fans for coming out to see him.

"What I do, I could not do without you," he said before moving on to Davis Guetta's 'Without You', which he featured on.

The singer continued the party with other hits like Confessions, I Need A Girl, and even a reggae rendition of Love In The Club.

He entertained the crowd with his upbeat number Yeah, before calling it a night, screaming "I love you!" to his fans.

Well, we love you too. Til next time, Usher!
