BALIK PULAU: Overnight showers have triggered a landslide at Jalan Tun Sardon here.
Images of large and small boulders strewn across the normally-busy road have since gone viral on social media.
No casualties were reported in the incident, however.
A spokesman for the Fire and Rescue Department said a section of the affected stretch has been closed to traffic for clearing-up works.
He added that they received a call about the incident at about 6.45am.
"Eleven personnel were rushed to the scene to help in cleaning-up operations. Among others, they helped the Public Works Department move a large boulder," he said.
Operations were wrapped up at 8am.
