Bryan Adams rocks Shah Alam

SHAH ALAM: Canadian singer and songwriter Bryan Adams gave fans a “rocking good time” during his two-hour concert at Stadium Malawati here which began at 9pm.

The 58-year-old award-winner from Vancouver sang most of his chart-topping hit tunes in the packed indoor stadium. Among them were (Everything I Do) I Do It For You, Heaven, Summer Of ‘69, Run To You, All For Love, Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman and Can't Stop This Thing We Started.

From time to time, Adams invited fans to sing along, and some of them screamed in delight when his manly and slightly husky voice soared.

This marks Adams’ second visit to Malaysia since 1994, where he performed at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur.

Tonight's Bryan Adams Get Up Tour promotes his 13th and latest album Get Up.

Adams is one of the world's best-selling artistes and he has garnered numerous awards, including 20 Juno Awards, a Grammy for Best Song, and three Ivor Novello Awards for song composition.

He has sold more than 65 million records and has achieved No. 1 status in over 40 countries.
