A MINIMAL make-up look but with a stunning siren red pout is always a stealer to rock any outfit at any occasion.
Nars Cosmetics, known for its signature dramatic eyes and lips, shows us how to achieve a simple make-up with classic red lips.
STEP 1
Apply brown eyeshadow (from Nars Survival Kit 2) on the eyelids. Add more eyeshadow to intensify the colour.
STEP 2
Apply Sycorax Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow as eyeliner. Use the wet application technique to create defined eyes with high impact finish.
STEP 3
For dramatic upper lashes, apply Black Audacious Mascara (from Nars Survival Kit 2) using the zig-zag technique to add volume. Use the straight way technique for lower lashes.
STEP 4
To make complexion slightly outstanding, apply Melina Contour Blush on cheek bones. For contouring, apply the darker shade blusher on the crease and nose. Blend the colours by swiping the brush in circular motion.
STEP 5
Use the Morocco Lipliner Pencil on the whole lips (not to outline) to create soft, fuller lips.
STEP 6
Apply red, glossy Mineshaft Velvet Lip Glide (a hybrid of lipstick and gloss) from the centre of the lips towards the corners. For a semi-matte finish, top up the lipstick with pencil lip liner (Morocco Lipliner Pencil).
