KUALA LUMPUR: Kawasaki has unveiled the pricing for its new Z650 ABS, a mid-range naked motorcycle which is the successor of the popular ER-6n.
The new motorcycle will be priced at RM35,609 inclusive of GST, and available in Green and Titanium.
The model will be available at Kawasaki Authorised Premium Dealers by the end of this month.
In Jan, Kawasaki Malaysia Sdn Bhd (KMSB) launched a quartet of bikes for the Malaysian motorcycle market, in conjunction with their annual Chinese New Year Lou Sang Celebration.
Aside from the Z650, other bikes in the range include the Z900, a Supernaked to replace the Z800. Designed with 'sugomi' design elements, the new Z is a 948cc inline-four.
Also launched was the Ninja 650, which shares its powerplant with the Z650. The Ninja 650 is a sportsbike true to its name. Also equipped with a slipper clutch, the little Ninja also comes with a three-position windscreen.
Lastly, the Versys X is a 249cc single aimed at the adventurous traveller. Able to suit any condition, the Versys X is styled in the vein of its bigger brethren, but is much easier to manage.
