KOTA BARU: Umno information chief Tan Sri Annuar Musa was warded at Universiti Sains Malaysia Hospital (HUSM) in Kubang Kerian this morning after complaining of chest pain.
His brother Abdul Satar said he brought Annuar, 61, to HUSM at 6.15am.
"He told me that he had vommited and was experiencing chest pain.
"Luckily, I was staying nearby and immediately rushed him to the hospital for checks," he said.
He said doctors informed him that Annuar was stable but needed to rest.
"Only family members are allowed to visit him at the moment." said Abdul Satar.
