Lawyer to handle D'Herbs founder's Rolls Royce confiscated by RTD

KUALA LUMPUR: D’Herbs founder Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman has instructed his lawyer to handle his impounded car, which has been confiscated by the Road Transport Department (RTD) on Sunday night.

This was confirmed by the entrepreneur’s spokesman via a Whatsapp message today.

“Datuk Seri Aliff has yet to release an official statement on the issue. His lawyer is currently dealing with the matter,” the spokesman said.

It is learnt that Aliff is overseas at the moment.

It was reported that a Rolls Royce owned by Aliff was impounded by RTD during Op Patuh in Jalan Bangsar yesterday night.

The car, bearing the plate number PMD1, was seized as it was using a road tax that was registered in Sarawak.

A foreigner, who was behind the wheels and believed to have rented the car from Aliff, was also arrested as he had no valid travel documents with him.
