KUALA KRAI: Police arrested a half-naked thief who broke through the ceiling of a bank at Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra here this morning.
The 40-year-old suspect was clad only in a short jacket when he was found hiding behind one of the bank’s automated teller machines (ATM) at 7.35am.
According to sources, a police team rushed to the scene after receiving a call from a member of the public who noticed that part of the bank's ceiling had collapsed.
The source added that the man is being held for further investigation.
