LAHAD DATU: A man who flashed his private part at three teenage girls in separate incidents was nabbed by police at Bandar Sri Perdana here yesterday.
The 21-year-old man was arrested at 4.20pm after police received three reports of his lewd behaviour that took place at Kampung Muhibbah on Tuesday and Thursday.
Lahad Datu OCPD Assistant Commissioner Nasri Mansor said the reports were lodged by three girls aged between 15 and 16-years-old.
"The suspect committed the act in front of two girls between 1.05pm and 1.10pm in two separate incidents in Kampung Muhibbah.
"He was on a motorbike and approached his victims while pretending to ask something. He then showed his private part," he said when contacted today.
Nasri said a similar report was also lodged at 1.43pm on Thursday by another victim, who claimed the suspect had followed her while walking home from school.
"The suspect stopped his motorcycle and masturbated in front of the victim. The school girl fled to a nearby shop to avoid him," he said.
Nasri said the three victims told the incidents to their friends and mothers before lodging police report.
"The suspect has no identity document and the case is being investigated under Section 15(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 and Section 6(1)(c) of the Immigration Act 1959/63," he said.
