KUALA LUMPUR: The first week of 2018 will see fuel prices go up across the board.
From midnight, RON95 petrol will go up by three sen to RM2.29 per litre. RON97 petrol will also see a three sen increase to RM2.56 per litre.
Diesel, meanwhile, will see a six sen jump, at RM2.32 per litre compared to RM2.26 last week.
The new prices were announced by the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry.
The managed float system for fuel prices was implemented in March 2017.
