PUTRAJAYA: The pump prices for all three fuels, RON95, RON97 and diesel will remain the same for next week, starting Saturday.
Finance Ministry, in a statement today, said RON95 petrol is unchanged at RM2.18 per litre, RON97 petrol (RM2.63 per litre) and diesel (RM2.08 per litre).
The retail fuel prices would take effect from 12.01am tomorrow (April 6) to April 12.
The actual prices for RON95 and diesel the ministry added, should have been RM2.33 per litre and RM2.36 per litre respectively, based on calculations made under the Automatic Pricing Mechanism (APM).
"However, the prices for RON95 and diesel remain unchanged following the government's decision to stabilise the retail prices of petroleum products and reduce the people's financial burden."
