Big Bad Wolf to get first bite of book lovers in Sabah tomorrow

KOTA KINABALU: People of Sabah, especially book lovers, are all hyped up as the much-anticipated Big Bad Wolf will make its first book sale in the state tomorrow.

Among them is Nancy Lai who has planned ahead to make the best purchase during the 11-day book sale that offers discounts up to 95 per cent off the retail prices.

“My family’s strategy is to list down the books that we want and concentrate looking for them at the book sale.

“On first day, we are also going to buy those book collection sets and will return on another day for other books,” she said, adding they will bring along trolley bags to carry all the books.

Another book lover Sam Benjamin said as the book sale is from 10am to midnight, he would rather go at 10pm to avoid crowds and parking problems.

“Big Bad Wolf book sale is a must-go as it offers cheap books, thus the crowd must be big especially on the first few days.

“Hopefully, on the fifth day, there will be less people and it would be good for me to look for my books," he added.
