It is learned that the incident took place near the Smart Tunnel in the city centre, two days ago.
In the 15-second video, the group appeared to be happily relieving themselves.
Comments were aplenty, with one Netizen calling for the authorities to take action against the men.
Many others slammed what the men did, because clearly, those passing below have no intention of getting sprayed by bodily fluids.
Meanwhile, Kuala Lumpur Criminal Investigation Department head Rusdi Mat Isa said they were aware of the viral video.
However, he informed that no police report had been lodged over the incident as yet.
"Investigation will be carried out if there is a police report lodged," he said when contacted.
