The remaining two Malaysians positive with the virus were detected in Sarawak. Of these two cases, one of them tested positive from a Covid-19 pre-operation screening at Hospital Umum Sarawak (HUS), Kuching; while the other tested positive during a screening when applying to leave the country for an important matter.

Dr Noor Hisham said there were now four Covid-19 patients being treated at the intensive care unit (ICU), but none of them needed breathing assistance or ventilator.
