Johor Sultan presents 10 Myvi cars to HSA royal ward nurses

JOHOR BARU: The Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Iskandar presented Perodua Myvi cars to 10 nurses working at the Royal Ward of Sultanah Aminah Hospital (HSA) here today.

In a posting on his official Facebook account, the ruler said he was agreeable to present the gifts as his appreciation for their contributions and services to him and the Royal Family of Johor.

Nursing Supervisor, Matron Rokiah Samin, who has been attached with the HSA Royal Ward since 2006, expressed her gratitude for the gift.

"Representing the others, I thank His Majesty the Sultan for this gift.

"It is of great value to all of us, and we also always pray for the well-being and health of DYMM Sultan of Johor and the Royal Family of Johor," she said.

The vehicles were handed over to the nurses in a ceremony at Kasawari Motors Sdn Bhd in Larkin,Johor Baru, by it director Muhammad Fahmi Hassan.

Also sharing her feelings of gratitude was Nuraini Aziz, 28, who was personally present to receive the vehicle even though she was still in her confinement period after giving birth three days ago.

"I am grateful to be able to attend because this is a very special moment. We will continue to provide the best service to DYMM Sultan of Johor and the Royal Family of Johor," she said.
