KUALA LUMPUR: The country's daily Covid-19 cases dipped below the 4,000-mark with 3,733 new infections over the past 24 hours.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said this brought the cumulative total cases in the country to 440,677.
Selangor remains the state with the highest number of new cases at 1,278, followed by Sarawak at 454, Johor at 365 and Kuala Lumpur at 338.
Other states which recorded three-digit figures in daily new cases included Kelantan at 254, Penang (208), Negri Sembilan (205), Kedah (176) and Pahang (100).
