JOHOR BARU: Prasarana Malaysia Bhd needs to get to the bottom of the technical issues frequently disrupting MRT and LRT train services in the capital city.
Transport Minister Anthony Loke said he wants Prasarana officers to haul up and identify what is causing the frequent technical problems.
Loke said Prasana needs to identify what is causing the frequent break downs, and he was expecting a report to be submitted.
"Prasana needs to rectify the root cause of the problem, and identify the measures needed to end this problem once for all.
"I sincerely apologise to all commuters who experienced delays and their journeys disrupted," Loke said.
He said it was not fair for commuters rushing back to break their fast and also passengers traveling during peak hours to be frustrated when their journey halts due to technical problems.
Loke was at the Larkin Bus Terminal, here today, for the official launch of MyBas50 and MyBas Electric.
