KUALA LUMPUR: RapidKL has unveiled a convenient online ticketing option through the MYRAPID PULSE app, providing Klang Valley residents with an easy way to purchase tickets and passes for public transportation.
Prasarana Malaysia Bhd announced that the MyRapid PULSE app allows users in the Klang Valley to effortlessly buy various passes online, ensuring a seamless experience for commuters.
Among the offerings are the My50 Unlimited Travel Pass, which provides a month of unrestricted travel, and the MyCity Pass, which allows for one or three days of unlimited travel.
The initiative is currently in the trial phase and undergoing enhancements.
For the first 4,000 users purchasing passes through the MyRapid PULSE app, an exclusive promotion offers a complimentary stylish Rapid KL water bottle with each online transaction.
The redemption of prizes is limited to 11 designated stations, including the Masjid Jamek, KLCC, and Imbi stations. It must be claimed at the same location where the travel pass is redeemed.
Prasarana Malaysia Bhd stated, "This promotion, which commenced on Nov 1, 2023, will conclude on Nov 30, 2023."
Commuters can download the MyRapid PULSE app from the App Store, Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery to take advantage of this opportunity.
