KUALA LUMPUR: The 2022 Auditor General's Report found that the Foreign Workers Centralised Management System (FWCMS) is not fully managed by the Human Resources Ministry.
Auditor General Datuk Wan Suraya Wan Mohd Radzi said the system, which was used by the ministry since last year, replacing the Foreign Workers Integrated Management System (ePPAx), has no contract until now.
She also said that the security controls of the system found that two user identifications that act as Super Admins were held by individuals who are not officers from the ministry.
