KLUANG: The Sultan of Johor officiated the opening of the Kluang Inland Revenue Board tower along Jalan Batu Pahat today.
Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar graced the opening ceremony of the eight-storey tower, which adopts sustainability principles and efficient resource utilisation.
It received the Green Building Index (GBI) certification for its environmental designs.
His Majesty was accompanied by the Johor Royal Court president Datuk Dr Abdul Rahim Ramli and State Secretary Tan Sri Dr Azmi Rohani.
The ruler's entourage was welcomed by Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi and the revenue board chief executive director Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Nizom Sairi.
