IN conjunction with Taiping's 150th anniversary as a city, Taiping City Council is set to host a special event for local musicians.
Pertandingan Juara Kumpulan Pemuzik (Buskers) will be held on Jan 20, 2024, with musicians invited to perform their best renditions of hits from the 1970s.
Top performances during the event will be rewarded with cash prizes, with the overall winner taking home RM500, a trophy, and a certificate.
Also, they'll get to perform at Datuk Ramli Sarip's concert on the same night.
