KLANG: The remains of the pilot, who perished in yesterday's aircraft crash in Kapar, have been claimed by his family at 6.08pm today.
It is learnt that the body of Daniel Yee Hsiang Khoon, 30, will be brought to Nirvana Memorial Centre, Sungai Besi, for the funeral ceremony.
Yee's remains were accompanied by a police escort.
Earlier, the remains of the co-pilot Roshaan Singh Rania, 42, were claimed by his family at about 3.08pm.
Previously, Klang Utara district police chief Assistant Commissioner S. Vijaya Rao confirmed that the post-mortem examination on the two victims had concluded, adding that multiple injuries sustained by the two victims were the cause of death.
Selangor police chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan, in a press conference yesterday, confirmed the deaths of the two victims onboard.
He said the 1,300kg aircraft, belonging to a recreational flight company, plunged and buried more than 2m deep upon contact with the ground.
