KUALA LUMPUR: A 71-year-old man was found dead on the rooftop of a shophouse in Pandan Indah last night.
A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said a team from the Pandan Fire and Rescue station was deployed to the shophouse in Taman Pandan Cahaya after it was alerted to the incident at about 7pm.
"Upon arrival, the team found a man lying unconscious on the rooftop of the building," said the spokesman, adding Health Ministry personnel confirmed that the man had passed away.
The man's boy was brought down using an aerial ladder platform and handed over to the police for further action.
