Public can now report misconduct cases to EAIC via WhatsApp hotline

PUTRAJAYA: The public can now report cases of misconduct to the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) via WhatsApp hotline 019-355 5215.

EAIC in a statement said complainants were required to type ADUAN SALAH LAKU, followed by the name of the complainant, address/handphone number or email for contact purposes, the agency involved in the complaint and the complaint details along with evidence (either photo, video or documents).

"The hotline will only receive written complaints and will provide an automatic acknowledgement that the complaint has been received while it is processed further for initial approval before being decided at the commission meeting," read the statement.

The new channel will enable the public to lodge their complaints accurately, easily and effectively so that immediate action can be taken, it said.

The hotline operates between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Complaints can also be submitted through the complaints resolution and investigation management system on EAIC's website, email aduan@eaic.gov.my or at the EAIC complaints counter and customer service centre at Level G, Menara Usahawan in Putrajaya.
